Passwords and credit card information are always transmitted via secure and encrypted connections (Secure Sockets Layer, SSL). All payment information submitted to MailerLite is passed directly to its payment processors; MailerLite does not have access to them and does not need to be PCI compliant. Our payment processors comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
MailerLite Inc., when providing services to clients outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland, holds a certificate from the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission, the UK Government, and the Swiss Federal Administration confirming compliance with the Data Privacy Framework principles to ensure the secure collection, processing, use, and storage of personal data transferred from these regions to the United States.
